Paul Gemmink is a trial lawyer with over 35 years of experience.  He has been before all levels of trial courts in Ontario as well as the superior courts of British Columbia and Quebec.  In addition to doing trials, he has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal on numerous occasions, as well as the British Columbia Court of Appeal and in the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also appeared before various administrative tribunals in Ontario, including the Ontario Municipal Board and the Ontario Labour Relations Board.  

Vlad Lynsaght is a trial lawyer who was called to the bar in Ontario in 2018.  He has appeared in the Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal. He has also appeared before the Ontario Labour Relations Board.

The approach taken by both Paul and Vlad is straight-forward.
